Dacke Industri has signed an agreement on the sale of the Building Systems & Products division with associated assets for the companies LLENTAB Group AB and LGL Construction AB. The new owner of the companies will be Profura AB, a privately owned Gothenburg-based investment company that invests independently of the industry, with a focus on long-term ownership. The transaction was subject to competition approval, and as of March 2nd, 2023, Profura AB finalized the acquisition of the companies LLENTAB Group AB and LGL Construction AB.

We see great growth and continued development potential for LLENTAB Group AB and LGL Construction AB, with Profura AB as the new owner. They can provide access to the right expertise, knowledge, and support in the best way within the construction industry from a long-term perspective.
